Good overall, easy to set up. You definitely need to invest in an online payment system though. Your Feedback email also does not display properly: see screenshot attached. Perhaps a mobile app, to make the adding of the kit easier?

How it works

Sign-up

Complete the short online form in-store or at home within 7 days to activate your 14 day cover and your ‘My Brompton’ account.

Check your cover

We’ll send you a confirmation email with your cover details, so you’ve got everything to hand in case you need us.

Stick.. or twist

Near the end of your cover, you’ll get the option to extend your cover. If you don’t want it, you do nothing, and we won’t charge you a penny.

Meet the team

Small enough to care, large enough to cope, able to chat about bikes all day… your Bikmo team are here to help you enjoy your cycling more, give you peace of mind, the best deals, and the kind of service you and your bikes deserve.

That’s when we’re not riding the Welsh hills, anyway.
